Agreement
These terms govern your access to and use of Briskar. By using Briskar, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of Briskar
Briskar is provided to help households organize recurring chores. You are responsible for the information you add, the household members you invite, and your use of the service.
Accounts
You must sign in using a supported authentication provider. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs through your account.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse Briskar, interfere with the service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, upload unlawful content, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the household and chore information you enter. You grant us permission to process that information as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve Briskar.
Third-Party Services
Briskar depends on third-party services for hosting, authentication, database storage, and optional email delivery. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.
Availability
We aim to keep Briskar available, but the service is provided as is and may change, pause, or become unavailable from time to time.
Disclaimer
Briskar is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Briskar and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.
Termination
You may stop using Briskar at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if continued access would create legal, security, or operational risk.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Briskar after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
